Again, nice car!
7.50 is going to be tough if the car is full weight, and you want to keep it a true street car and run it on pump gas.
My personal recipe has always been to build a pump gas engine that can be driven anywhere, then add race gas and hit it with the bottle at the track. It's the best of both worlds! Good manners on the street, and good power at the track!
Good Luck!

Yea that's what I hear I have never had an LT 1 motor kinda new to me with all the fuel injection and electronics and stuff so it will take some getting used to I figure if I leave about 3500 and shift it about 6200 maybe it will go straight down the track ??

There is a guy on wvmotorsports (flippy) that has a damn good running lt1. At least I think thats what the car has. he had it down to the east coast events last year (black car also). I'm sure he would be able to enlighten you (if you indeed do need pointers...sometimes it is hard to be sure if someone is just playing or not)

BIGD not a camaro fan of these years myself, but that car looks good, from what I have read most of the GM guys dont like the opti spark on the LT 1's, I would check out KYHORSEPOWER.com and ask questions, lotta GM guys on there

Thanks banned guest I'll have to check it out . I have never messed with any fuel injection stuff before I've always been a carb guy but with the price of fuel and stuff thought I would try it

Rolling thunder this thing is a whole new set up from what I'm used to so I'll take any pointers I can get for sure . I'm used to turning nuts and bolts not figuring out what button on a computer punch to change something lol

Congrats on the new ride! Unless you're trying to keep it off this site, what's done to it?
