I figure you will end up trying all three positions anyway . I think I would start in the middle first my old comp engineering shocks always worked best at 50/50 on the rear . Jmo .

Got all 4 or just 2? If all 4, try 50/50 rear, 90/10 front. That gives you maximum weight transfer. For street driving, 70/30 rather than 90/10.

I believe it will actually depend on the track conditions. A good track will want a tighter shock to let the car move forward quicker for better 60'. A slick track will want a looser shock to let the tire attempt to hook. The front shocks will benefit you way more than the rear as the front end comes up faster the car will transfer weight faster.
