This car is my baby, I fought to get this car for over 4 years I always wanted an 86 gt w/t-tops and after a long 4 years finally came to a deal with the guy who had it. I've put a lot of time into her and hopefully i will be able to get her down to the next event. 5.0 w/ Holley systemax top end kit 3.73 gears, lakewood drag shocks 50/50 rears, 90/10 fronts, 91 front spindles and brakes, eibach drag launch kit, welded in subframe connectors, lakewood lower control arms just a few things.

Very nice! Hard to find anything wrong with a fuel injected four-eye. You've got two very, very nice foxbodys.

once again thanks, i'm sad to say this car has been covered in dust for the last 3 years, after i blew it up at national trials. I'm still working out a few bugs and have a few odds and ends to finish up on it hopefully i will have it ready to run at the next shoot out in sept.

I love me some 4 eyed Fox's! I have an '85 that is also covered in dust. All original but some body parts are questionable. Might strip it and scrap the body. I don't know. Anyway, love your stable of Fox's! I have an '85, '93 and a '11. Love them all!

there is a guy on here, white86svo, he's had the car since it was nearly new, its had better days, but i'm sure he has plans on resurecting it. if cars could talk, it would have some pretty good tales.

so after months of fighting myself on what i was going to do i've decided to pull the systemax stuff off the car, i'm going to go with a cast iron gt40p heads, gt40 intake, cam i'm still up in the air on for the time being. i'm going to put the systemax top end kit over on to a 306 w/keith black pistons and put it down in my 90 lx. i'm going to try and take as many pics as i can to keep things upto date as well

no odds are i will be running r/s again with my silver car not going to yank the engine out of it later this fall, i've got a 306 sitting on the engine stand, top end kit is off of this car. i ran into some interesting things when tareing this one apart thought. 1st was when i took the throttle cable loose i had to open the butter fly up as i did this i noticed there was gas just sitting in side the t/b. pulled the dip stick the oil had a very very strong gas smell to it as well. The part that really got me was when i pulled the distributor out there was a stream of gas and anitfreeze that came out with it. i know that this motor had sit 7 years before i got my hands on it and i took a chance when i threw it in the car, but worst thing is i never drove the car with this set up. But now since everything is out i'm going to go ahead and do the body work and paint the car, the next set up to go in the car is going to be a stock 302 w/gt40p heads and a mild cam i'm just tired of having bad luck with this car i guess thats what ya get for letting someone else put an engine together for ya

Why don't you let me build you a 347 for it? I can build it cheaper than you think.
