During the first round of eliminations in the shootout, burnouts will be judged on time, length, and amount of smoke. Burning through the staging lights will be allowed, so do your best imitation of John Force.

dont like this i usualy bring an old set of tires to do the contest with im not going to use any more of my drag radials that i have to

yeah, but how many burnout contests have you entered where u were allowed to turn it loose and see how far u can burn them in length?

i have no problem blowing the old tires off for a bit and then letting the line lock go and going as far as it would go.i dont think u r gona get verry many people that wants to do it.its hard to get 2 or 3 to do it in the nmrd and they pay 250 to the winner and 100 to second.i whish u luck or getting it going.

you always have a few showoffs, and those guys need to be rewarded for the show, and by letting people know there is a contest, maybe a few more will showoff.
