yep, today at the NOP Greg W tested them, I dont think hes disapointed, I'll let him explain it if he wants, its amazing what those tires can do when they are on a track thats not just worried about a tubbed out car with a set of 14X32's on it

Very true there Homer! The track prep and track surface at Owingsville was awsome.

Hey John, you missed a heck of an event yesterday! The baby tires were working pretty good. I guess those that were there saw what my car run, those that didn't may never know! Congrats to Homer, Alan and Johnathen on their passes!

congrats to everyone in this "gang" everyone had some nice passes, some even still have issues to work on so hopefully things will only get better, we had a good showing and one of us will win the rained out event when finish in Columbus, hopefully one of us can go on to win there too. WILL get that car together so you can go with us, you wont be disapointed with the event and Columbus should be a good show if the track officials arent P' ricks like I hear they are, them being NHRA might be a problem since we are all Ihra approved cars and they dont recognise IHRA certs but I am sure Jim will do all he can for us.

What do you have to do to get licensed? I guess I'm to the point of needing them

What do you have to do to get licensed? I guess I'm to the point of needing them Alan, congrats on your passes and the car looks awsome, you can print the forms ( membership and competition lic.) off from the IHRA website, take the lic. form to the track with you and let them fill out their part, you might have to make passes for it, but they will probably just fill it out anyway, then you can fax both forms to them for faster processing, and pay your $$$$$$$$, I had planned on getting mine at Owingsville, but left my form at home.

Well since time is now posted on the NOP site there is no since trying to hide it. We had a new personal best over the weekend! 5.78 @ 121 with a 1.33 60'. That was full race weight with the baby tires on. We made it down to the semi final round before the rain hit. we are going to finish the race in Columbus. Myself, Johnathen and Homer are still in L/S and Alan is still in O/S along with Joey's old car (sorry, forgot his name). Columbus should be very interesting.

Columbus (National Tral) is a 1/4 mile track... so will the races there be 1/4 mile... or will they cut it down to half track?
